Allot of my writing I have shared are from Kundalini exsplosions--- I once had a serious one after doing allot of drinking and drugs for days on end and it seems my body couldn't hold down the energy of my unhappiness and failed miserable marriage anymore or any longer. I could not avoid letting the stuff out and when it came out all the research i did in years prier came together like a huge puzzle and everything began to become clear. It was quite an experience to have all these visions from the akashic records. I could not stop it or speed it- it just happened those 9 days straight with out pause, day and night wax and wane hot and cold the energy over took my body and like a volcano=== I blew my top=== energy shot many feet above my head this entire period. Feet all over the ceiling.

My first trip to the akashic and visions
In a vision I was in a deep dark cave silent, hairy whitish hair covered my hairy bigfoot type body. Eye sat in silence in a milky water in the fetal position. I was one with my self and self complete===self sustaining, needing nothing but my surroundings, and having no contact with any other thing to spark outside my inside awareness of the perfect natural kind. The planet was hollow and gave birth to all creatures like an egg does to a yoke but many different yokes in one egg. I was deep in the heart of the planet egg-Gaea. I came out to the surface and I was luminous and could see in complete darkness but the light hurt my eyes, still does--- like all Albinos.

I had seen them in my dreams but they wasn't really dreams but more vision from my inside seeing- all mines seeing eye.

I in the vision as an introvert who came from introverted earth caves, eye began to seek to understand the lighted day and the lighted earth creatures and black Gods who feared me so, I wanted to study them and learn their ways of Light and how they behaved in darkness. This was natural duality, I first under-stood after Sun and moon--

I began to eat like the predator animals later called leons and soak my s-elf in life blood as it gave me a drugged like feeling, They wasn't afraid of me and the animals embraced me as a God and the Lion layed down with me and the birds brought me offerings as did the Black Gods one day. They sent me women and deformed outcasts to eat or bread with. I experimented with my sea-man with many creatures including the black Gods--- as I was also an original hatched God from the egg Earths Hearth.
But I could only do this at night at first- to mingle with the black Gods, go out on the surface, no convenient store back then to buy shades for my squinty eyes and the sun burned my skin- red and blister like any Vampire wood. There was no rules so eye ran amok like a kid in a play store-aga... raping and pill-age-ing the black Gods and tricking them in2 new tricks. They was extrovert and I a introvert so it was a case of manipulating opposites attract- natures way, only I was observant of the behavior and they would imitate me and I them and it became a game to laugh at and cry to for them. I sought to steal their shity city via lies like the leon lion lied.

He looked so cuddly but tor the flesh off the Black Gods from limb to tree limb same as the Hyena's and Jackals did and they was=== and still are genetically afraid of Dogs. Melanin
Greek ìÝëáò, black; pronounced /ˈmɛ lə nɪn/ melanin is a class of compounds found in the plant, animal, and protista kingdoms, where it serves predominantly as a pigment. The class of pigments are derivatives of the amino acid tyrosine. Many melanins are insoluble salts and show affinity to water. The most common form of biological melanin is eumelanin, a brown-black polymer of dihydroxyindole, dihydroxyindole carboxylic acid, and their reduced forms. Another common form of melanin is pheomelanin, a red-brown polymer of benzothiazine units largely responsible for red hair and freckles. The presence of melanin in the archaea and bacteria kingdoms is an issue of ongoing debate amongst researchers in the field. The increased production of melanin in human skin is called melanogenesis. It is stimulated by the DNA damages that are caused by UVB-radiation,[1] and it leads to a delayed development of a tan. This melanogenesis-based tan takes more time to develop, but it is long lasting.
The photochemical properties of melanin make it an excellent photoprotectant. It absorbs harmful UV-radiation and transforms the energy into harmless amounts of heat through a process called "ultrafast internal conversion". This property enables melanin to dissipate more than 99.9% of the absorbed UV radiation as heat[3] and it keeps the generation of free radicals at a minimum (see photoprotection). This prevents the indirect DNA damage which is responsible for the formation of malignant melanoma.

Melanin in other organisms
Melanins have very diverse roles and functions in various organisms. A form of melanin makes up the ink used by many cephalopods (see cephalopod ink) as a defence mechanism against predators. Melanins also protect microorganisms, such as bacteria and fungi, against stresses that involve cell damage by solar UV radiation or generation of reactive oxygen species. These include high temperature as well as chemical (e.g. heavy metals and oxidizing agents), and biochemical (e.g., host defenses against invading microbes) stresses. Therefore, in many pathogenic microbes (for example, in Cryptococcus neoformans, a fungus) melanins appear to play important roles in virulence and pathogenicity by protecting the microbe against immune responses of its host. A potentially novel role of melanin as a photosynthetic pigment in some fungi, enabling them to capture gamma rays and harness its energy for growth has recently been described. White noise
is a random signal (or process) with a flat power spectral density. In other words, the signal contains equal power within a fixed bandwidth at any center frequency. White noise draws its name from white light in which the power spectral density of the light is distributed over the visible band in such a way that the eye's three color receptors (cones) are approximately equally stimulated.
An infinite-bandwidth, white noise signal is purely a theoretical construction. By having power at all frequencies, the total power of such a signal is infinite and therefore impossible to generate. In practice, however, a signal can be "white" with a flat spectrum over a defined frequency band.

Try it by turning on the TV on a channel with no reception or the radio channel with no reception. Try also listen to a guitar a amplifier sound with no guitar plugged in. Do this to meditate and relax, it puts baby's to sleep in my experience. I'm thinking it will help us not think and get into the akashic bu like I said early stage or experimenting yet.
